DEA VOLUME SIX: How did we get here?
It was fun but now . . .

3 years after their untold return, the guys, overwhelmed by the tragic political state of their country of residence, see each other when their budgets (what with the price of oil) or need to work overtime to make enough money to feed the family, make it possible to see each other.

Energy prices, stringent bankruptcy laws, a corporate complicite media, Washington's obvious financial strangling of first responders, Federal relief organizarions and with no guarantee of Social Security or investments being there anymore to cover retirement, DEA is left either too inebriated or too straight to think of anything but the survival of their families and their immediate needs.

BUT! This past October 2006 they were able to get together to lay tracks for a future album. Think about it cuties, a new DEA CD, maybe as soon as mid 2007? Well, we'll see, if they aren't "killed by death" before it's finished, they seem determined to pull it off.

Hopefully they will also continue to have the time every year to perform at the annual benefit for Hangdown every year and that day all our troubles will be set aside to honor his memory and the memory and duty of all the heroes that work selflessly to protect and save American people in danger or harms way.

We hope you will work, as we will, to change our current situation and bring back the American Lifestyle we all remember prior to the year 2000 when everything started falling apart. If nothing else at least vote for the candidate who's top priority is peace and inclusiveness.
